Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using FreeVPN ("the App") developed by Prasad Rawas.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides a free VPN client that connects to VPN Gate public relay servers. The App does not operate any VPN servers itself.

3. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to VPN servers
• The speed, reliability, or availability of any VPN server
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

4. Use at Your Own Risk

VPN Gate relay servers are operated by volunteers worldwide. We have no control over these servers and cannot guarantee their security, privacy practices, or reliability. You use the App and connect to VPN servers at your own risk.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to compromise VPN server security

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. VPN Gate Terms

By using the App, you also agree to abide by VPN Gate's terms and conditions as published at vpngate.net.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
